  • Bookings: Whether future or completed, with all the details such as consignee, consignor, pickup and drop-off dates, and the amount for the invoice. 
  • Payments: Tracking who paid for each booking and managing outstanding payments. 
  • Reports: Generating clear and detailed reports to help make business decisions. 

Our customer also had the challenge of not being able to leave his business in someone else’s hands because of the lack of a proper system. He wanted a solution that he could manage himself without relying on manual records that were prone to errors.  

Our Solution: A Tailored ERP for Transport Businesses 

Despite the budget constraints and the customer’s initial offer being on the lower side, we saw this as an opportunity to help a small business owner streamline his operations. We truly appreciated his initiative to try something new at the age of 55 and take control of his business using technology. So, we agreed to work on this project, understanding that it was not just about building software—it was about helping him improve his business. 

We built a custom ERP system specifically designed for his transport business, NShine ERP, that handled his challenges:
