Transport ERP software: know what every truck earned, without a second system
Bookings, invoices, payments, driver pay, loans and accounts on one record. For transporters, truck owners, fleet managers and commission agents.
*No credit card required
If this is your month-end, you need a transport ERP
Most transport companies run two systems. Trips live in a TMS, a spreadsheet or WhatsApp. Money lives in an accounting package, or with the accountant. Between the two, the same questions come up every month:
- Which trucks actually made money, after fuel, hire charges and the driver?
- Who owes us, how much, and for how long?
- How much did we advance the drivers, and was it recovered at salary time?
- Which loan EMIs are due this month, and how much of that is interest?
- Why does the accountant re-type every invoice from our printouts?
A transport ERP answers these because the trip and the money are one record. In NShine ERP the booking creates the invoice; the receipt clears it in the bank book; the fuel, supplier charge and driver pay for that trip land in the vehicle's profit and loss. Nothing is typed twice.
What changes when trips and money share one record
Each row is a situation transport owners describe to us, what NShine ERP does about it, and the screen that does it.
What happens today | What changes | Where in NShine ERP |
|---|---|---|
Profit per truck is a guess until the accountant finishes | Every booking carries its revenue, fuel, supplier charge, driver pay, loan interest and depreciation. You see the result per vehicle and across the fleet. | Vehicle Profit/Loss and All Vehicle Profit/Loss reports |
Invoices go out late and are chased from memory | The invoice is raised from the booking, single or multi-trip, with VAT or GST, discount and TDS. Each one shows amount due, received, balance and age in days. | Customer Invoice, with Paid / Unpaid / Partial and invoice ageing reports |
Hired trucks are paid from a notebook | A market vehicle is linked to its supplier. Its hire charge becomes a supplier invoice on the same booking, with a last day of payment and balance due. | Vehicles (ownership type), Supplier Invoice, Supplier Payments |
Driver advances are forgotten at salary time | Advances sit on the driver's balance and are recovered in the monthly payroll run, which flags anyone whose net pay would go negative. | Drivers (current balance), Payroll run, Payslips |
Loan EMIs and depreciation never reach the truck's cost | Each loan carries lender, outstanding, EMI and next due date, split into principal and interest per month; depreciation posts per vehicle. | Loans and Schedules |
POD photos sit in chat groups | Drivers send delivery photos on WhatsApp or the app; the system matches each to its booking, warns about repeats, and saves on your approval. | AI Inbox and the driver mobile app |
Month-end means exporting and reconciling | Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow come from the day-to-day entries. TDS, RCM and UAE VAT 201 reports are built in. | Finance reports |
Who it is for, and what it is not
Plain answers, so you can rule us in or out quickly.
Built for
- Transporters and logistics companies that book, move and bill loads by road
- Truck owners and fleet managers who want cost and profit per vehicle
- Brokers and commission agents who mostly use hired (market) vehicles
- Small and mid-sized fleets, from a handful of trucks to a few hundred
Not what it does
- Not a GPS device. Live tracking uses the telematics accounts you already have and the driver phone.
- Not a Tally replacement for your accountant. Accounts are built in; a one-way export to TallyPrime is available if they prefer Tally.
- Not a passenger or staff-shuttle system. It is built for goods transport.
- Not an on-premise install. It runs in the browser with a mobile app for drivers.
How one trip moves through NShine ERP
The same path every load takes, from quote to the books.
- A sales quotation goes to the customer; when confirmed, bookings attach to it.
- The booking records the LR number, consignor and consignee, vehicle (own or market), driver, stops, material, container and seal numbers, E-Way bill and goods invoice.
- The driver sends the proof of delivery from the app or WhatsApp; it is matched to the booking and approved.
- Fuel, expenses and the supplier charge are recorded against the trip or vehicle.
- The customer invoice is raised from the booking; the receipt clears it and updates the bank book.
- Driver pay (monthly or per trip) runs through attendance and payroll, with advances recovered.
- The vehicle and fleet profit reports show the result; the accountant exports to Tally if needed.
What is included
Each of these is a working screen today, not a roadmap item.
Own and hired vehicles together
Tag a vehicle as own or market. Hired trucks carry their supplier, so broker margin per trip is visible.
Invoices that follow the trip

Loans and EMIs on the truck
See every EMI due this month and how much of it is interest, per vehicle.
Payroll that catches mistakes
Attendance, paid days and LOP, then a run that holds anyone with zero or negative net pay for a look before approval.
Profit per vehicle
Revenue against fuel, maintenance, supplier, driver, interest and depreciation, for one truck or the whole fleet.
Accounts built in
Chart of accounts, vouchers, day, cash and bank books, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
Photos become records
POD, fuel receipts, vehicle documents and expense slips from WhatsApp are read and suggested; you approve.
Live tracking in the same login
Active, stopped and offline vehicles with speed and last seen, from your telematics provider.
Documents that do not lapse
Vehicle, driver, customer and supplier documents with expiry and reminder dates.
What you need to get started
Your existing bookings, vehicles, drivers, customers and suppliers in Excel: AI Data Import brings them in and lists any rows it cannot accept
Fuel history, bank statements and purchase invoices can be imported the same way

Drivers get the mobile app when you switch it on for them
Plans are based on bookings per month, own vehicles and users
Two systems vs one
TMS plus accounting package
What stays broken when trips and money are separate:
- Every invoice is typed twice and the totals never quite match
- Trip profit is unknown until the accountant closes the month
- Advances, hire charges and EMIs are tracked outside the system
- Reports need an export and a spreadsheet
NShine ERP
What you get when the booking is the accounting entry:
- Invoice and receivable come from the booking
- Profit per vehicle includes every cost, the same day
- Advances, supplier pay and EMIs live on the records they belong to
- Trial balance to cash flow without leaving the system
