Interstate transport software: the E-Way bill, the permit, the borders and the driver, on one LR
Two thousand kilometres, four state borders, an E-Way bill that expires on day three, a driver with cash in his pocket and diesel bought on credit at three stations. Built for Indian transporters on long interstate routes.
*No credit card required
What a long route needs
E-Way bill on the LR
Number and valid-until date on the booking with the goods invoice; a saved report lists loads expiring soon.
National permit reminders
National Permit, State Permit, Fitness, Insurance and Tax on Document Tracking with next-reminder dates.
Border and police charges
Expenses recorded on the trip by name, such as a border charge, a police or checkpost charge, a toll or an overload penalty.
Diesel on the way
Slips from each station become fuel entries with odometer; credit fills become station bills.
Driver on the road for days
Advances on his balance; trip pay per LR; the monthly run recovers advances.
Where the truck is
Live Tracking from your GPS accounts or the driver's phone; last seen for every truck.

Day by day on a long route
- Day 1. The LR carries goods invoice, E-Way bill number and validity, truck, driver, advance. Print it.
- Day 2. Fuel slip from a station on WhatsApp; a border charge from the driver's message; both on the trip.
- Day 3. The saved E-Way report shows validity ending tomorrow; extend on the portal; update the LR.
- Day 4. POD photo at delivery; approve; the invoice can go the same day.
- Return. Empty or with a return load on a new LR; the driver's balance shows advances against trip pay.
What the permit list prevents
A truck held at a state border on an expired permit costs a day and a fine. Document Tracking lists every permit, fitness and insurance with its expiry and reminder date; an Overdue status is a filter, not a surprise.
One interstate load
- Book it with parties, goods invoice, E-Way bill and validity, truck and driver.
- Give the advance; it is on the driver's balance.
- Approve fuel slips and road expenses as they arrive from the road.
- Approve the POD; invoice the customer with tax and TDS.
- Read the trip's profit: revenue, fuel, expenses, driver pay.
What stops happening
A truck stopped on an expired E-Way bill or permit
