How a loaded truck is recorded
- Each consignment is a booking with its own LR number, parties and amount
- All of them carry the same vehicle, driver and pickup date
- The booking list filters by vehicle and date to show the truck's load
- The calendar shows the truck on the day with "+ N more" for the rest
Parties, cash and credit
Walk-in parties pay cash; Save & Add Payment on the invoice records it as you save. Regular parties get one invoice per period with tax, HSN, RCM and TDS, and the ageing report groups them by 30-day bucket. Statements print or share for anyone who asks.
Importing a day's manifest
AI Data Import takes a bookings sheet, maps the columns, checks each row and creates the LRs on your confirm, so a branch's daily manifest does not have to be typed.
