The inbox
AI Inbox has two tabs, To review and Done, and an Attachments only filter. Each card shows the sender, the time, the source (WhatsApp or Mobile App), the attachment, the AI suggestion with its score, the proposed fields, and two buttons: Approve and Mark Done.

- Per category: POD photos, Booking updates, Vehicle documents, Fuel receipts, each Off, Suggest or Auto
- Files and spreadsheets: Suggest only; Auto is locked
