About NShine ERP: the ISO 27001 certified transport ERP behind 200+ fleets
NShine ERP is a cloud transport ERP for transport companies and businesses that run their own fleets. It is built and run by NShine Technologies, founded on 7 December 2021, with offices in Hyderabad, India and Austin, Texas, USA, and certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.

Who we are
NShine Technologies was founded on 7 December 2021 in Hyderabad, and today has branches in India and the USA. Together our teams build one product: NShine ERP, a single system for bookings, vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance, invoicing and accounts.
Today 200+ businesses run on NShine ERP, from transport companies with market vehicles to companies whose main business is something else but who keep their own trucks. Our customers are in India, the GCC, Africa and Australia.
The company is led by Prem Sai Nalluri, Co-Founder and CEO, with a team of 25+ people across product, engineering, implementation, support and sales.
What we build
One record per booking, read by every department. Dispatch books the trip and prints the LR or consignment note; the driver uses the mobile app; billing raises the invoice; accounts sees the ledger entries; management sees profit per vehicle. Fuel, tyres, service reminders, documents, payroll and bank books sit on the same record, so there is no second system to reconcile.
AI is part of the daily work, not a side feature: AI Data Import turns customer and supplier sheets into records, AI Inbox turns driver messages into approvals, and the AI Assistant answers questions about your own data.

Where your data lives
NShine ERP runs on Microsoft Azure, with customer data hosted in Azure regions in India and the USA. Azure resources are protected with delete locks, so production servers, databases and storage cannot be removed by accident, and traffic reaches the application through Cloudflare.
Who can see your data
- Your own account. Every customer has a separate account (tenant) with its own data; one customer never sees another.
- Your own users. You decide who logs in; each user gets a role, so dispatch, accounts, the workshop and management see only their own screens.
- Limited NShine access. Our staff access customer accounts only to provide the service, such as setup, data import and support you ask for.
- Encrypted in transit. All traffic between your browser or the driver app and NShine ERP uses SSL/TLS.
Backups and continuity
- Automated backups of databases and servers through Azure Recovery Services
- Disaster recovery procedures for restoring service and data
- Monitoring of the application and servers around the clock
- Changes are tested on a separate development environment before they reach production
Your data, your exit
You own the data you put into NShine ERP. Every list and report exports to Excel at any time, and if you end your subscription you have a window to export your data before it is removed. Each customer account is set up for its own country: currency, time zone, tax registration, financial year and date format. That is how one product serves a transporter in Hyderabad and one in Dubai.
