Transport accounting software: the books come from the trips, not from re-typing
Invoices raised from bookings, receipts against them, supplier bills, fuel, payroll and EMIs all posting to the same ledgers. Trial balance to cash flow on demand. Built for transport companies and their accountants.
*No credit card required
Where each entry comes from
Nothing is typed twice. Every accounting entry starts as an operational record.
Customer invoice
Raised from the bookings with tax rate, RCM, HSN, discount, TDS and round-off.
Receipt
Allocated across open invoices or held as an advance. Bank book updates.
Supplier and purchase bills
From the booking for hired trucks, from credit fuel for stations, with product lines for parts.
Fuel and expenses
Recorded as they happen, related to a vehicle or booking; vouchers for the rest.
Payroll
The monthly run posts gross, deductions and net; salary payments recorded.
EMIs and depreciation
Schedules posts interest, principal, standing bills and depreciation each month.
Bank and cash
Bank accounts, bank transactions and cash, with imported statements for reconciliation.
The reports
Read from the live ledgers, for any date range, Excel and print.

If your accountant finalises in TallyPrime, there is a one-way export. Ledger names need to match between the two systems. Nothing comes back from Tally; NShine ERP stays the source.
Before and after

How transport accounts usually run:

- Schedules posts EMIs, standing bills and depreciation.
- The payroll run posts salaries; salary payments are recorded.
- The bank statement is imported and reconciled.
- Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and the tax reports are read, exported, or sent to Tally.
