What you can do
Numbered quotations
Customer, date, valid until, reference, notes; status Draft or Confirmed.
Line items with tax
Description, billing type, quantity, rate, amount; tax, round-off, grand total; terms and conditions.
Bookings attached
The LRs that fulfil the quote, listed on it, at Draft or Confirmed.
Purchase orders
To suppliers: PO number, date, expected date, line items, total.
Print, share, export
Print or share a quote; export the list to Excel.
Quoted vs billed
The invoice is raised from bookings that carry the quote, so the agreed numbers are in front of accounts.

From quote to invoice
- Create the sales quotation with customer, validity, line items, tax and round-off. It starts as Draft.
- Print or share it with the customer.
- Attach the bookings that fulfil it; the list shows their LR numbers. Mark it Confirmed on agreement.
- Raise purchase orders to suppliers from the Purchase Order tab if needed.
- Dispatch runs the bookings; billing raises the invoice from them.
