Supplier invoices and payments: what you owe truck owners and fuel stations, by bill
Bills for hired vehicles come from the booking. Bills for fuel come from the fuel entry. Each has a due date, balance and age; payments settle them. Built for brokers, fleet owners and accounts teams.
*No credit card required
Three payables, one list
Hired trucks
The owner's charge for the trip becomes a supplier bill related to the booking, from the supplier rate on it.
Fuel stations
A fill marked Not Paid creates a bill for the station, related to the fuel entry.
Garages and parts
Service bills and purchase invoices with product lines, importable from Excel.

- Booking lines, freight total and VAT, flat discount, TDS %, round-off
- Amount to pay, paid amount, balance due; Save & Add Payment

Paying and settling
Supplier Payments records each payment with a number, supplier, date and total. Save & Add Payment on the bill records it at once. The list shows Amount Paid and Amount to Pay totals.
