Why tracking belongs next to the bookings
A tracking app knows the truck and nothing else. The dispatcher sees a dot, then opens another system to find the load, the customer and whether the POD came in. In NShine ERP the positions sit in the same login as the bookings, drivers and PODs.
What it is, and what it is not
