Transport software for companies that move goods by road
Take the booking, send the truck, get the delivery proof, bill the customer, pay the supplier and the driver. One login for the office and one app for drivers.
*No credit card required
When WhatsApp and Excel stop being enough
Five trips a day can run on a phone and a spreadsheet. Past that, the same things start going wrong in every transport office:
- A customer calls about a load and nobody can find which truck took it
- The POD photo is somewhere in a chat group, and billing waits for it
- Invoices go out a week late because the booking details are on three phones
- The hired truck's owner is paid from memory, and the driver's advance is forgotten
- At month-end nobody can say which customer or which truck was worth it
NShine ERP is transport software built around that daily cycle. Each step is a screen that feeds the next, and the money side (invoices, payments, books, driver pay) sits on the same records, so the office never types the same trip twice.
What changes, screen by screen
Each row is something that goes wrong today, what the software does instead, and where it happens.
What happens today | What changes | Where in NShine ERP |
|---|---|---|
Booking details live on phones and in files | One booking record with the LR number, customer, consignor and consignee, vehicle and driver, stops, material, container and seal numbers, E-Way bill and goods invoice. Searchable, printable, shareable. | Bookings (cards or table view), LR print |
You do not know which trucks are free next week | Bookings appear on a schedule by month, planner or year, so committed vehicles and gaps are visible. | Booking Schedule |
POD photos are lost in chat groups | Drivers send the delivery photo from the app or WhatsApp; it is matched to the booking with a confidence score, repeats are flagged, and it saves on your approval. | AI Inbox, driver mobile app |
Invoices are late and chased by memory | The invoice is raised from the booking, one or many trips, with tax, discount and TDS. Each shows amount due, received, balance and age in days. | Customer Invoice, invoice ageing report |
Hired trucks and drivers are paid from a notebook | A hired truck is a vehicle with a supplier; its charge is a supplier invoice on the same booking. Driver pay, monthly or per trip, runs through payroll with advances recovered. | Supplier Invoice, Supplier Payments, Payroll |
Where is the truck right now? | Live Tracking shows every vehicle as active, stopped or offline, with speed and last seen, using your telematics accounts and the driver phone. | Live Tracking |
Profit per customer or truck is unknown | Every booking carries its revenue and costs, so the vehicle and fleet profit reports answer the question the same day. | Vehicle Profit/Loss, All Vehicle Profit/Loss |
Who it is for, and what it is not
Built for
- Transporters and logistics companies moving goods by road
- Truck owners and fleet managers who want cost and profit per vehicle
- Brokers and commission agents who mostly book hired (market) trucks
- Offices moving from spreadsheets and chat groups to one system
Not what it does
- Not a GPS device. Tracking uses the telematics accounts you already have and the driver phone.
- Not a passenger or staff-transport system. It is built for goods.
- Not a freight marketplace. It does not find you loads; it runs the ones you have.
- Not an on-premise install. It runs in the browser; drivers use a mobile app.
One load, start to finish
The screens a dispatcher and an accounts person touch for a single trip.
- Quote: send a sales quotation; when it is confirmed, attach bookings to it.
- Book: create the booking with parties, vehicle, driver, load and E-Way bill; print the LR.
- Move: watch the vehicle in Live Tracking; the booking status moves to In Transit.
- Prove: the driver sends the POD; it is matched to the booking and approved.
- Bill: raise the customer invoice from the booking, with tax, discount and TDS.
- Collect: record the receipt; balance due and age in days update.
- Pay: record the supplier invoice for a hired truck and the driver's trip pay.
- Review: the vehicle profit report shows what the trip and the truck earned.
What is included
Each is a working screen today.
LR, POD and documents together
The lorry receipt prints from the booking; the proof of delivery attaches to it; both stay with the invoice.
Hired trucks without the mess
A market vehicle carries its supplier, so its charges are supplier invoices on the booking and your margin is visible.
Driver mobile app
Drivers upload POD, fuel slips and odometer readings and update the LR from the road.
Photos read for you
POD, fuel receipts, vehicle documents and expense slips sent on WhatsApp become suggested records; you approve.
Invoicing that follows the trip
Single or multi-trip invoices with VAT or GST; ageing for customers and suppliers.
Tracking in the same screen
Active, stopped and offline counts with speed and last seen, from your telematics provider.
A real schedule
Month, planner and year views of every booking.
Fleet upkeep
Maintenance history and reminders, fuel km/L, document expiry and tyre tracking on each vehicle.
Accounts included
Bank and cash books, expenses, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet, without a second system.

- Invoices raised late and chased by memory
- Supplier and driver payments not tied to the trips they belong to
- No answer to "which truck is profitable"
One system from booking to payment
The whole trip on one record:
- LR numbers generated and searchable; the month visible on a schedule
- POD arrives from the driver and is matched to the booking
- Invoices raised from the booking; ageing tracked per customer
- Supplier and driver payments on the booking and in the vehicle P&L
- Profit per trip, vehicle and customer in the reports
