Trailer transport software: long hauls, many tyres, many permits, one record each
Trailers as their own vehicle type, every tyre tracked by serial on the trailer it is fitted to, permits and fitness reminded before they lapse, fuel per kilometre on long hauls, and billing from the trip. Built for flatbed, low-bed, ODC and container trailer operators.
*No credit card required

Trip with the cargo

Bill and be billed

A 30-minute demo where we enter its trips, fuel, tyres and permits and show the profit line. No credit card, no setup fee.
Why trailers cost more to run blind
- Tyres. Eighteen or more per unit; without serial tracking, swaps and thefts vanish into "tyre expense".
- Permits. National and state permits, fitness and tax on both tractor and trailer; one lapse stops a load worth lakhs.
- Fuel. Long hauls hide a 10% diesel leak inside a large monthly total; per-km per-trailer figures surface it.
- Drivers. Advances on a 2,000 km run add up; the driver's balance and the monthly run keep them straight.
Profit per trailer
All Vehicle Profit/Loss shows each trailer with revenue, supplier hire if hired, fuel, employee payments, expenses and profit. The maintenance statement adds service cost; the EMI and depreciation sit in Schedules.
One long haul
- Book the trip with customer, consignee, cargo, E-Way bill, trailer, tractor and driver.
- The driver fuels on the way; slips arrive on WhatsApp and become fuel entries with odometer.
- Expenses on the road (tolls, border charges, police) are recorded against the trip.
- The driver sends the POD at delivery; approve it; invoice the customer.
- Trip pay posts; advances recover at month-end; profit per trailer updates.
