What a container move carries

Container number

A field on the booking, shown in the booking list column, searchable.

Seal numbers

Seal Number and Seal Number 2 as custom fields on the booking, reportable.

Trailer and tractor

Vehicle types include Trailer and Closed Container; own or market with the owner as supplier.

Goods and E-Way bill

Goods invoice number, date and value; E-Way bill number and validity.

POD per stop

Delivery photos from the driver matched to the booking and stop sequence.

Invoice and bills

Customer invoice with tax, RCM and TDS; supplier bill for a hired trailer; station bills for credit fuel.

Bring one container movement

A 30-minute demo where we book it with box and seal, prove it and bill it. No credit card, no setup fee.

Trailers as a fleet

  • Vehicle type Trailer or Closed Container on the vehicle record, with make, year, own or market
  • Tyres and batteries tracked by serial number with the vehicle they are fitted to, cost and first-fitted date
  • Service reminders by kilometres or months; document expiry for permit, fitness, insurance and tax
  • Live tracking from your telematics accounts; trailer and tractor are both vehicles

Billing the forwarder

One invoice for many container moves: pick the LRs, add tax, RCM, HSN, discount and TDS. The invoice shows balance due and age; the ageing report groups forwarders by 30-day bucket. A hired trailer's owner is billed from the same booking.

One container move

  1. Book it with forwarder, consignee, container number, seal numbers, goods invoice, E-Way bill, trailer and driver.
  2. Print the LR; the driver sees the assignment in the app.
  3. The driver sends the POD at the stop; approve it.
  4. Invoice the forwarder from the booking; bill the trailer owner if hired.
  5. Allocate the receipt; the margin is in the profit report.
