Freight operations, step by step
Quote and book
A sales quotation with line items, tax and validity goes to the customer; the bookings that fulfil it are attached by LR number. The booking itself holds the parties, goods, truck, driver and both rates.
Print and share the LR
The LR prints and shares from the booking list, which shows LR number, vehicle, pickup and drop-off dates, driver, paying customer, container, supplier, invoice number and status, as cards or a table.
Move and prove
Live Tracking shows the truck. The driver sends "delivered" and the POD photo; AI Inbox matches them to the booking and stop for your approval.
Bill both sides
- Customer invoice from the booking: tax rate, Apply RCM, HSN, flat discount, TDS, round-off; Save & Add Payment
- Supplier bill for the hired truck, related to the booking, with last day of payment
- Credit fuel on the way becomes a bill for the station
Collect and pay
Receipts are allocated across the customer's open invoices; the ageing report groups what is due by 30-day bucket. Supplier payments settle the owner's bills; the Suppliers Balance Statement shows what is owed.
