The calendar
Booking Schedule shows every load by month, planner or year, labelled with its LR number and truck. A month reads like this:

On the booking: vehicle (own or market), driver, pickup and drop-off dates.

Hear from the driver
"LR 1234 delivered" and the POD photo arrive in AI Inbox matched to the load; approve.
Hand to billing
The booking shows Pending Invoice until billing raises the invoice from it.

The booking list as a dispatch board
Cards or table, with LR number, vehicle, pickup and drop-off dates, started flag, driver, paying customer, container, supplier, invoice number, status and booking status. Filter by status to see what is unassigned, in transit or pending invoice. Export to Excel.
