What site haulage needs

Trips per day per truck

Each trip is a booking; the calendar shows them by day; the list filters by vehicle, customer and date.

Site as consignee

The contractor as paying customer, the site as consignee, so one bill per contractor covers many sites.

Bill by trip

Pick the month's trips for the contractor on one invoice with tax, HSN, RCM and TDS.

Expenses on the trip

Tolls, loading, police and border charges recorded against the booking; in the trip's profit.

Services by kilometres

Oil, filters, brakes reminded every N km or N months; Over Due across the fleet.

Tyres by serial

Tyres tracked individually with the truck they are on, cost and first-fitted date.

Bring one contractor's trip sheet

A 30-minute demo where we book the trips, bill them by site and show profit per truck. No credit card, no setup fee.

Where the money leaks on site work

  • Trips nobody counted. A tipper does eleven loads; the site sheet says nine. With each trip a booking and a POD, the count is yours.
  • Fuel on short runs. Short loaded runs and long idles hide a leak; cost per km per truck shows it.
  • Wear. Dust, overloading and bad roads; service reminders by km and tyres by serial keep the workshop honest.
  • Drivers paid per trip. Trip pay posts per booking; advances on the balance; the run recovers them.

Loaded weight and custom fields

Loaded Capacity, In Time and Out Time are custom fields on the booking form, so a weighbridge figure and the time at site sit on the LR and appear in the report builder for the contractor's sheet.

Own tippers, hired trailers

Both are vehicle records. A market vehicle carries its owner as supplier; his rate is on the booking; his bill is raised from it; the margin shows in the profit report.

A site day

  1. Book the day's trips per truck with contractor, site, material and loaded weight.
  2. Drivers send fuel slips and delivery photos on WhatsApp; approve them.
  3. Expenses at the site or on the road go on the trip.
  4. At month-end, invoice each contractor from their delivered trips.
  5. Read profit per truck and per contractor.
