Transport software in Bengaluru: run the fleet from wherever you are, not from the clerk’s desk
The owner is at a customer, the clerk has the register, the drivers have the slips, and the question "what did we bill this month" waits until everyone is back in the office. NShine ERP runs in the browser with a dashboard for the owner, a login per role and WhatsApp for the drivers. Built for Bengaluru transporters who are rarely at the desk.
*No credit card required
What Bengaluru transporters use it for
The owner’s dashboard
Bookings and invoices for the period, cash and bank, what customers owe and what you owe, services and documents due, fuel efficiency per truck.
A login per role
Dispatch, billing, accounts, workshop and the owner each see their own screens; plans count users.
Drivers on WhatsApp
Fuel slips, expenses, PODs and "delivered" messages land in AI Inbox matched to the booking; the office approves.
Trucks on a map
Live Tracking from the GPS accounts you already have: active, stopped, offline, speed, last seen.
GST invoices from the LR
One invoice for many LRs with tax rate, HSN, RCM and TDS; balance due and age days after that.
Books in the browser
Day book, ledgers, trial balance, P&L and balance sheet; the CA logs in, or exports to TallyPrime.
See it from two devices at once
A 30-minute demo where a booking made on one screen shows up on the other. No credit card, no setup fee.
A day without being in the office
- Morning. Open the dashboard: received against pending, bookings by status, services and documents overdue.
- On the road. A driver sends a fuel slip; AI Inbox proposes the entry on his trip; the office approves from the inbox.
- At the customer. Open their statement: invoices, receipts, balance due and age days, from the phone.
- Evening. The map shows which trucks are moving and which are stopped; Booking Schedule shows tomorrow’s loads.
Growing past one clerk
A fleet that adds trucks adds people: a second dispatcher, a billing clerk, an accountant. Each gets a login and sees their own screens. Bookings, invoices, payments, fuel and expenses are one set of records, so the dispatcher’s LR is the billing clerk’s invoice line and the accountant’s ledger entry without anyone typing it twice.
Interstate loads
The E-Way bill number and valid-until date sit on the booking with the goods invoice, and a saved report lists the bills expiring soon. Permits, insurance and fitness are documents on the vehicle with next-reminder dates. Tolls and highway charges the driver pays are expenses related to the booking, counted in the trip’s profit.
