The transport dashboard: what the owner reads before the first phone call

Bookings and invoices for the year, cash in hand and money in banks, what customers owe and what you owe stations and truck owners, which trucks drink diesel, what is overdue in the workshop and on the document file. One screen, read from the records as they are today. Built for the owner of a transport company.

How to read it in five minutes

Received against pending tells you whether collections kept up. Bookings by status tells you how much is delivered but unbilled. The fuel chart tells you which trucks to look at. Services and documents tell you what the workshop and the compliance clerk missed. Cash and bank tell you whether payday is covered.

A morning on the dashboard

  1. Open it; the year-to-date tiles are already there.
  2. Check received against pending; open To Receive for the oldest balances.
  3. Check Pending Invoice in bookings by status; send the unbilled loads to billing.
  4. Check Overdue services and documents; send the list to the workshop.
  5. Check the fuel chart; ask about any truck below expected.
