Reports in the customer’s format
A company customer often wants a monthly statement in its own columns. The report builder reads from bookings, invoices and payments; build the report once with their columns, save it, and export it to Excel each month. The same builder gives you the fields you added to the LR.
Loads up the coast and across the border
For interstate loads the E-Way bill number and valid-until date sit on the booking with the goods invoice, and a saved report lists the bills expiring soon. Permits are documents on the vehicle with next-reminder dates. Tolls and highway charges the driver pays are expenses related to the booking, sent from his WhatsApp or entered by the office, and counted in the trip’s profit.
