Loads that leave the state
A load out of Telangana carries an E-Way bill that expires on the road, a permit for the other state, and a driver who pays tolls and charges from the advance in his pocket. On the booking, the E-Way bill number and valid-until date sit with the goods invoice, and a saved report lists the bills expiring soon. Permits are documents on the vehicle with reminders. Tolls and highway charges are expenses the driver sends from WhatsApp, each related to the booking, each in the trip’s profit.
