How a lorry transporter uses it
The load comes in
The party calls. You book it with party, consignor, consignee, material and goods invoice, add the E-Way bill number and its validity, and pick the lorry and driver. If it is a market lorry, the owner is the supplier and his rate goes on the same LR. Print the LR.
On the road
The driver takes an advance; it goes on his khata. He fills diesel and sends the slip on WhatsApp; it becomes a fuel entry on your approval, with the odometer. He delivers and sends the POD photo; it lands on the LR.
Billing and settlement
- Party bill from the LRs with GST, HSN, TDS; Save & Add Payment for the receipt
- Owner's bill for the market lorry, with last day of payment
- Driver trip pay posts on its own; advances recovered in the monthly run
- Customer TDS Report shows what each party deducted, LR by LR
