A week on the road from Nagpur
The LR is booked with goods invoice, E-Way bill and validity, truck, driver and advance. Fuel slips from several stations and a charge paid at a border arrive on WhatsApp; AI Inbox puts each on the trip and the office approves. The saved E-Way report shows what expires tomorrow. At delivery the POD photo arrives the same way and the invoice is raised with GST and TDS; a return load goes on a new LR. When the driver is back, his statement shows advances against trip pay, line by line.
Loads billed by weight
Material and loaded capacity are custom fields on the booking, so loads billed by the tonne carry their weight on the LR and in reports. One invoice per customer per period picks up every LR of the month, and All Vehicle Profit/Loss puts fuel, driver pay, expenses and hire against revenue per truck.
