How the day runs
Morning: the loads
A customer sends a consignment sheet; AI Data Import maps it and creates the bookings on your confirm. The dispatcher sees free trucks on the calendar and assigns drivers. LRs print. Drivers get their assignments in the app.
Daytime: the road
Live Tracking shows every truck as active, stopped or offline with last seen. Fuel slips arrive from the pump on WhatsApp and become fuel entries on approval. "LR 1234 delivered" becomes a status change. POD photos land on the right booking and stop.
Evening: the billing
Invoices are raised from the delivered bookings with tax and TDS; receipts are allocated. The hired truck owner's bill is on the same booking. Driver trip pay has already posted.
Month-end: the numbers
- All Vehicle Profit/Loss: revenue, supplier hire, fuel, employee payments, expenses, profit per truck
- Customer Invoice Aging Report by 30-day bucket; Suppliers Balance Statement
- Payroll run with advances recovered; EMIs and depreciation posted from Schedules

A load through the system
