Port, CFS and ICD

Port and CFS transport software: box, seal, gate times and the forwarder's invoice on one booking

Port to CFS, CFS to factory, factory to ICD, back empty. Each move has a container number, a seal, a gate-in and gate-out time, and a forwarder who will not pay without the paperwork. Built for trailer operators around ports and inland depots.

*No credit card required

What a port move carries

Container number

A standard booking field, shown as a column on the booking list, searchable.

Seal numbers

Seal Number and Seal Number 2 as custom fields on the booking, reportable.

Gate in and out times

In Time and Out Time as custom fields, for detention and turnaround.

Trailer as a vehicle

Trailer and Closed Container are vehicle types; own or market with the owner as supplier.

POD per move

Delivery photos from the driver matched to the booking and stop in AI Inbox.

Forwarder and CHA invoices

One invoice for many moves with tax, RCM, HSN and TDS; ageing by forwarder.

Bring one container move

A 30-minute demo where we book it with box, seal and gate times, prove it and bill the forwarder. No credit card, no setup fee.

Why port work needs its own fields

  • The forwarder matches your bill to container numbers, not LR numbers; the container is a column on the list
  • Seal numbers settle disputes; they are on the booking and in the report
  • Gate times settle detention claims; In Time and Out Time are reportable
  • Trailers and tractors are both vehicles, with their own documents, services and tyres

Billing forwarders and CHAs

Pick the period's moves for one forwarder on the invoice form; add tax, RCM, HSN, discount and TDS; the invoice shows balance due and age days. The Customer Invoice Aging Report groups forwarders by 30-day bucket. The report builder produces the move list in the forwarder's columns, container numbers included.

Hired trailers

A market trailer carries its owner as supplier; the booking holds his rate; his bill is raised from it; the margin per move is in the profit report.

One move

  1. Book it with forwarder, container number, seal numbers, pickup and drop-off, trailer and driver.
  2. The driver records gate-in and gate-out; the office enters the times on the booking.
  3. The driver sends the POD at the stop; approve it.
  4. Invoice the forwarder from the moves; bill the trailer owner if hired.
  5. Allocate the receipt; the ageing report shows what is open.
