For fleet managers

Transport software for fleet managers: uptime, cost and papers, truck by truck

You are judged on three things: trucks that run, trucks that do not cost too much, and trucks that are never stopped for a paper. NShine ERP gives you the service list with its overdue count, fuel per km per truck, tyres by serial, parts on bills and every document with its expiry. Built for the fleet and workshop manager.

The overdue count nobody knows

Ask any fleet how many services are overdue right now and the honest answer is a guess. Each truck has a card or a diary, the driver remembers some of it, and the workshop finds out when something breaks. The dashboard puts four counts on one line, Upcoming, Due Soon, Overdue and Completed, and the documents the same way, Current, Overdue, To Be Renewed and Unknown. The first time the Overdue figure appears it is usually larger than anyone expected, and that figure is the point: you cannot schedule what you cannot count.

How the kilometres reach the reminders

Odometer readings come from fuel entries, service records and the driver app. A reminder is due when either its date or its kilometres is reached, so a truck that runs hard is reminded sooner.

Drivers in the loop

Fuel slips, odometer readings and document photos come from the driver's WhatsApp or the app into AI Inbox; you approve them. A photo of a new insurance is filed against the right vehicle.

A workshop week

  1. Monday: open the reminders list; filter Over Due; schedule the trucks.
  2. Log each service with tasks, labour and parts; attach the bill.
  3. Fit tyres by serial; record purchases on bills; adjust stock.
  4. Check the document list for anything To Be Renewed this month.
  5. Friday: read the maintenance statement and the fuel chart.
