Season, not month
The difference between an agri transporter and everyone else is the shape of the year. Three months carry most of the loads, most of the hire and most of the cash. The software has to absorb that without a clerk typing all night.

One load in season
- Book it with party, consignor, consignee, material, loaded weight, lorry and driver. Print the LR.
- Give the driver his advance; it is on his balance.
- He sends the diesel slip and the delivery photo on WhatsApp; approve both.
- Bill the party; bill the lorry owner; record TDS when the party pays short.
- Season-end: owner dues, driver balances and party ageing are already there.
