Books

Books of accounts for transporters: the day book, the ledgers and the statements, written by your operations

Every invoice, receipt, bill, payment, fuel entry, expense, salary and EMI posts its own entries. The day book, cash and bank books, ledger report, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow read from them. Built for transport companies that want the books done, not re-done.

Bring your CA

A 30-minute demo where we post a week of operations and open the trial balance. No credit card, no setup fee.

The day book, as it looks

Select a range (Today by default), an account or all, a voucher type or all, and Condensed if you want totals. Columns: S.No., Date, Voucher Number, Voucher Type, Account Name, Debit, Credit, with a total line. Print from the screen.

Month-end for the accountant

Open the trial balance. Anything that does not tie goes back to its source document, which is a click away because the entry carries the voucher number. Post adjustments as journal vouchers. Print the P&L and balance sheet, or export to Tally if the CA files from there.

A week in the books

  1. Monday: invoices raised from last week's LRs; entries posted.
  2. All week: receipts, fuel, expenses and supplier bills post as they are entered.
  3. Friday: the day book shows the week; the cash and bank books show balances.
  4. Month-end: payroll and schedules post; the trial balance ties; statements print.

What stops happening
