Yes. Employee Type distinguishes Driver, Clerk, Manager and others; drivers also appear on the Drivers list with the app switch.

How is a licence expiry tracked?

On Document Tracking's Employee tab: type Driving Licence, number, issued and expiry dates, next reminder date, status, attachment.

How is attendance marked?

On a month register; unmarked days count as present; paid days total per employee; a Counts view summarises.

Can an employee see their own statement?

The office prints or exports the Single Employee Statement; drivers with the app see their trips and expenses.

Office staff
