The trip behind the bill
Every customer invoice and every vehicle-owner bill carries the booking it came from, so a query is answered by opening the LR, the POD the driver sent on WhatsApp, and the expenses on the trip. Trip profit is the invoice less the owner’s bill, fuel, driver pay and expenses, per booking and per truck in All Vehicle Profit/Loss.
Loads that leave the state
For interstate work the E-Way bill number and valid-until date sit on the booking, with a saved report for bills expiring soon. Permits, insurance and fitness are documents on the vehicle with next-reminder dates. Tolls and highway charges the driver pays are expenses related to the booking, sent from his WhatsApp into AI Inbox or entered by the office.
