For accountants

Transport software for accountants: the books are double-entry, posted by the operations, and yours to audit

You do not want a transport system that sends you printouts. You want one where the invoice posts its own entries, the receipt allocates, the fuel bill is a supplier bill, the EMI splits its interest, and the trial balance ties. That is what this one does. Built for the accountant and the CA.

*No credit card required

What you get

A 30-minute demo where we post a week of operations and you open the trial balance. No credit card, no setup fee.

What an accountant checks first

  • Does the trial balance tie? Every document posts both sides; the trial balance reads from the ledgers.
  • Can I trace an entry? The day book shows voucher number and type; filter by account or voucher type; the source document is behind it.
  • Are the operational costs in the P&L? Fuel, driver pay, hire charges and road expenses post as they are entered, not at year-end.
  • Is TDS both ways? TDS % on customer and supplier invoices; the reports list it invoice by invoice.
  • Can I post adjustments? Journal vouchers with notes; bank transactions for transfers.

Month-end

Schedules posts EMIs with interest split, standing bills and depreciation on their dates. The payroll run posts salaries. The bank book is compared with the statement and anything missing is posted. Then the trial balance, P&L and balance sheet are read, printed, or exported to Tally.

Closing a month

  1. Confirm the operations are entered: invoices, receipts, bills, payments.
  2. Post Schedules; approve payroll.
  3. Match the bank book to the statement; post what is missing.
  4. Open the trial balance; trace anything that does not tie through the day book.
  5. Print the statements, or export to TallyPrime.
